Sending a device to our service department
We recommend visiting our “Maintenance” section to review the device troubleshooting chart or call us for customer support. If you are unable to resolve the problem, click on the “Download” button listed below to view and print our Device Service form. Fill out the form, carefully package your device and include the service form and mail package to the address listed on the bottom of the form. Service Warranty Coverage Policies
Devices serviced by our repair department that are out of warranty will be covered by 6 month warranty repair policy. This policy will only cover the cost of replacing the component that was repaired during initial service. Devices over five years old will be charged an extended service charge in addition to the normal device charge. Shipping costs are not covered under service policies. Devices older than ten years will be repaired at the discretion of the service department. Our basic cleaning service offers wax removal, device sanitation and/or battery door replacement. It does not cover any internal component replacement or physical damage repairs. If unsure of the service required, send the device to our service department for a free diagnostic evaluation and a customer service technician will contact you prior to performing any repairs.
