Return Requirements:Merchandise sold on ReadyWear Express is covered by a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee. All hearing aids come with a 1 year warranty covering component failure or workmanship. Additional warranty coverage may be purchased within the first year of device purchase. Loss and Damage coverage must be purchased within the first 30 days. Hearing aid returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product. Simply contact us within the 90-day trial period at number listed below return approval and instructions. Due to the personal nature of the hearing aid accessories, only unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days. Returns must include all contents that were originally shipped the hearing aid i.e manual, accessories, undamaged device, etc.

Return shipping will be paid by customer. You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days of ReadyWear Express receiving your return merchandise. Refunds are credited to the credit card used for original purchase. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
When you place an order, shipping will be charged unless item is sold as a promotional item tagged "free shipping included".
