How to send in your device for service
Go to the “Maintenance” section and review the Troubleshooting chart. If problem still persists, go to the “Form” or “Download” section to print or download a copy of our Service Request form. Fill out the form completely and mail to the address listed at the bottom of the form. This form needs to included with each device mailed in for service. If you have any questions regarding our services, please go to the “Contact Us” section to send our service department and e-mail. You will receive a prompt response from the Service Center.

Each device sent in for servicing will be processed by a trained factory service technician in the following manner:
- create a device history file
- individual inspection of device
- perform necessary repairs
- device cleaning
- quality assurance inspection
